Foz Do Igacu, Brazil population is over 300,000. It has the largest mosque outside the Middle East. It has a diverse ethnic composiiton with more Chinese (25,000) than Muslims (20,000). It was thought to be a source of funding for 9/11 but this did not turn out to be the case
